Lyon Real Estate Fair Oaks Office |
Buying a home, or any type of property, is an exciting and complex process. I will help you get started on the right foot and make sure you get a home that is just right for you and your pocketbook. I can cut through all of the noise and chatter of information so you can focus on the search for your dream home.
Selling a house usually isn't as exciting as buying one and can often be extremely stressful. I'll help you set realistic expectations, prepare your property for the best first-impression, and utilize all of the latest marketing methods to get the home sold and put a check in your pocket.
I have built my current real estate practice mostly by referral. I am in the "relationship" and "problem solving" business. Maintaining good relationships with my clients before, during and after the transaction is my highest priority. I've lived in Arden Park since 1968 and am well-acquainted with all of the greater Sacramento area neighborhoods, especially Arden Park, Wilhaggin, Del Dayo, Arden Oaks, Sierra Oaks, Carmichael, Arden Arcade, Del Paso Manor, Land Park, Curtis Park, East Sac, Downtown/Mid Town, Fair Oaks, Folsom and Natomas. I understand short sales, bank foreclosures, and good old-fashioned residential real estate sales.
"People will forget what you said, they will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you make them feel." It is possible to build your business so your clients and friends are your greatest advocates and referrals are the primary source of new business. I believe if you help enough people get what they want in life, you'll never have to worry about your own success, and the joy and satisfaction you'll experience will be priceless.
I am looking for people ready to make a move involving the selling or buying of residential real estate. This would include first-time home buyers; empty nesters now down-sizing; move-up buyers who need more space; investors; those faced with life challenges such as divorce, death of a spouse or parent or a serious illness requiring a move. When you need someone to help with one of the greatest assets most of us will ever own--the family home--you want a trusted advisor who has your best interests at heart.
"He has achieved success who has lived well, laughed often and loved much; who has gained the respect of intelligent men and the love of little children; who has filled his niche and accomplished his task; who has left the world better than he found it, whether by an improved poppy, a perfect poem, or a rescued soul; who has never lacked appreciation of earth's beauty or failed to express it; who has always looked for the best in others and given them the best he had; whose life was an inspiration; whose memory a benediction." Bessie Stanley, 1905
